You will be a major component in the growth and effective operation of the Opt-Intelligence Publisher Solutions Department. Account Managers in our Publishers Solutions department are responsible for managing relationships with our managed publishers, analyzing reports, and working to continually improve our network.

Relationship Management

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients
  • Help new publisher clients get set up in the Opt-Intelligence system
  • Verbal and written communication with clients
  • Manage projects and client requests on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with Ad Operations, Technology and Accounting departments


  • Ensure optimal performance of publisher placements in the Opt-Intelligence network
  • Analyze and research performance data and report findings to Management
  • Execute performance tests in order to maximize publisher performance

Department Improvement

  • Strategize with team on growth opportunities within the Publisher network
  • Strategize with team to improve efficiency of internal department processes


Required Skills and Qualities

  • 2+ years related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Curious, avid learner
  • Ability to prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs
